Project Description:
The third phase expansion project of Yinchuan Airport is one of the landmark projects and key projects for the construction of Ningxia province. The new terminal is put into use at the end of 2016. After finishing the third phase expansion project in 2019, it can meet the flight departure and landing of 89,000 flights, 10 million passengers , peak hour passenger throughput of 3,651 person-times and to realize the demand for 32 sorties for take-off and landing in peak hours and 100,000 tons of cargo and mail throughput.The project adopt toky-PMS2.0 power monitoring system , which collect data of current, voltage, power, kwh, power factor, harmonics and power qualtity parameters, alarm status of various equipments in this area. It can realize distribution network operation analysis, intelligent remote control, power quality analysis, energy metering management, power saving space assessment, equipment operationstatus and maintenance, data query and report printing. It provide comprehensive security of intelligent monitoring, energy management and equipment management and electrical safety of the terminal building.

System Functions:
★ Data collection and processing: collection of various real-time power parameters as current, voltage, power, electric energy , power factor and frequency, harmonics, power quality through the multi-function power meter unit .
★ Screen display: real-time measured values of all devices, various alarm information, and computer monitoring system status information .
★ Record function: Real-time storage function of various historical data, which can be queried, reviewed and printed at any time.
★ Alarm processing: real-time data collection&analysis, over-limit parameters realtime alarm, switch on and off status alarm. It summarizes in different alarm windows according to different alarm levels, adopted screen, light display, and stripe flashing and sounds levels .
★ Perfect user management functions to avoid unauthorized operations;
★ Report print : Can select various parameters to print, timing print historical data, run parameters, accident report and measurement statistics.
★ Generate chart: Export the report to the excel or any version file for the administrator to analyze the data.
★ Remote signal and telemetry real-time alarm: The alarm type includes the measured value overlimit , the circuit breaker switch on and off, and equipment
communication fault. When the system alarms, it can act information voice remind and pop up alarm screen automatcially.
★ User rights management: User rights management function is set. Prevent unauthorized operations by user rights management.
★ Communication status diagram: It can display the entire system network structure completely, and can diagnose system communication status online. When a network failure occurs, the fault unit and fault location will display on the screen automatically .
